Restrictions:
pregnancy
mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, bipolar affective disorder, etc. with clinical manifestations;
state of narcotic or alcoholic (other other) intoxication.
any exacerbations of chronic diseases, traumatic pain syndrome, and acute neurotic conditions that require medical intervention
effective in the following cases:
- stress, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), fears, phobias, and insomnia;
- the presence of psychosomatic diseases (certain types of allergies, bronchial asthma, non-clinical forms of psoriasis, etc.);
- self-doubt, complexes, body dissatisfaction, and communication difficulties;
- problems with sexual self-disclosure;
- addictions and co-addictions (sexual, emotional, drug, gambling, food, etc.) (for more information, see the article "Body Therapy of Addictions and Co-Addictions");
- problems with excess weight (or lack of it), problems with eating habits;
- chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, apathy, and low self-esteem;
- chronic diseases of the musculoskeletal system, poor posture, hernias, and protrusions;
- deterioration of complexion and dissatisfaction with the facial mask, headaches caused by spasms of the facial, head, and neck muscles
- lack of self-determination, a sense of loss in life, and problems with career guidance.
